to start planning,proposals,and est. a E.Tennessee Wheelchair games , a venue are availiable E.T.S.U. is officially sanctioned for nwsusa.org East Tennessee wc regionals, which are the numbers for Qualifying to go to Paralympic 2004-2008 Games, the more attention East Tennessee can pull out some great atheletes, and if nowhere to have Trials, (but we do (ETSU atheletics and Tennessee Tourist Association, wheelchair access to mountains and rivers, GODs creation.Wheelchair sports usa.org need a meet organizer or The Disabled Americans.org fy 2008 ) so all East Tn. can have a chance or a choice ;on who is not be able to come , only those who cannot make it to East Tn St University.
